Seminggu tak menconteng di sini! This will be a terribly long post! To ensure easier and user-friendly reading, I will classify the events according to different colours. Ready? Let’s rock it!

1. Gathering with Andersonians!
It took place on 22nd August. Gua tak mahu tulis panjang-panjang. Cuma nak mengatakan I was really happy on that day meeting back former schoolmates especially those that I have not seen for many years. Let’s hope this type of gathering will always be held regardless of time and date as long as everyone is committed to it. If Kewal attended the gathering, surely we will “lauk” him as the closing ceremony..ehehe..Kudos to Benedict and Gurmesh for making this gathering a reality.
2. Pasar Ramadhan
Honestly, I encountered food problems ever since I stayed in Tanjung Malim. I have troubles of finding the best, delicious and worth the money I spent on the foods! It was hard to find foods that suit my taste bud the most. Kalau di KL, walaupun harganya mahal, at least the choices are there. If in Ipoh, lagi best kerana Ipoh penuh dengan makanan sedap. But the holy month of Ramadhan is a blessing to me. The pasar Ramadhan that was set up next to UPSI main campus is my saviour. Almost 100 stalls selling foods, drinks and desserts there. I am a big fan of Malay dishes so there is no problem for me to get the best food to fill in my stomach! The price is cheap and I love to walk for 1 hour on weekdays (not weekend coz so far for every weekend since August, I went back to Ipoh) to stroll and buy foods for my dinner. By spending RM10, I can have a lot of foods that can even be my supper! hehe
3. Eight Weeks at UPSI
A lot of assignments, presentations and events in this jampacked programme that I am currently attending to. The workload is far heavier than I had at UTAR. There is no room for me to ease off the pedal. On Thursday, I was totally KO-ed with the super duper long hours of classes. It was from 8am until 11pm. A whopping 15 hours despite 5 hours reprieve between it. By 8pm, all of us were exhausted and sleepy. With tired mind and tired body, I still have to rush to complete my assignment until 3am because the deadline was on yesterday’s 8am class.
4. Events, Assignments and Presentations
This three elements will determine my career path. If I succeeded, then it would be great. If I failed, kita faham-faham saja lar. There were some obstacles in the tri-event which is scheduled on next Friday. My group has to come up with contingency plan as the original plan was compromised by external factors. Hopefully, we can sort it out on next Tuesday so that the remaining two days before the big day, we would be able to rehearse and settle all the outstanding issues. Into assignments, there were times that I almost hoisted the white flag. To make the matter worse, there were lecturers gave us last minute assignments and wanted us to complete it in less than 48 hours (some were only 24 hours). You can imagine how terrible our mind were tortured by those crazy people. I am accustomed to the 2003 version on my old but busted laptop. Dun talk about Photoshop and Dreamweaver. Both applications almost made me wanna smash the lab’s computer because I totally forgot how to use it ever since I left UTAR. Talking about updating myself with latest technology, I failed in that aspect..hehe..Anyway, I am blessed to have Cindy, Marylene and Punitha as group members to complete the assignments. They are all efficient group members. I know I can count on them to deliver the goods. I still have two more individual presentations in hand. Pasti “cold feet”. All 96 of them are waiting for me to present because I am the most popular guy in the class. Outspoken, talks a lot, challenge the lecturers, create all the crazy jokes and lots more are what made me so famous inside and outside the class.
5. Car-Park
I used to think the carpark woes at UTAR was bad! But my goodness! The problem in Proton City is much terrible than UTAR. Nampaknya semua penuntut-penuntut program DPLI kaya-raya. Semua pun memandu kereta sendiri ke tempat kuliah. Akibatnya, insufficient parking lots! Sometimes we parked our car on the grass and were “chased” by the security guards. Tapi kami tak kisah pun sebab terpaksa meletak kenderaan di sana. No empty space available for us. But at least, the car drivers here are more civilized than the one in UTAR because we never double-park. Despite Proton City has a large carpark area, nevertheless, the quantity of cars entering the complex easily outnumbered the available spaces.
6. Night Driving
It is not fun driving at nite to and fro Proton City. In fact, it is very dangerous! The roads leading to Proton City are very dark and treacherous for its winding and also sharp corners. Takut hantu dan takut penyamun because the 10km drive from my rented house is not really that safe. The roads cut through the mountains and the highways leading to the venue is spooky! Other than trees, empty lands and mountainous roads, basically there is nothing to see. My class finishes at 11pm and everytime I will drive back home carefully.
Finally, KANINEH lar! haha..
