Why Illusion? It was the opening act for Raymond Lam’s concert. There were people “deceived” by the song and also at the beginning of the concert. Illusion’s beginning melody resembled the song 愛不疚. Memang satu ilusi! Tapi, fikir pun tahu lar that Raymond Lam will not be singing 愛不疚 until end of the concert because it is a “secret weapon” that must be kept until the end.
Actually gua tak tahu nak blog pasal apa kali ini. Cuma tulis syok-syok di sini untuk memastikan setiap minggu sekurang-kurangnya ada satu update di blog ini..haha
To Siew Meyy, so far I am a good boy for adhering to your do’s and don’ts list that you gave it to me on last February. When I had reunion with my former schoolmates on last weekend, I did not drink beer or alcohol despite they are drinking it and asking me to drink too.
On Debbie’s Facebook Wall, I “reminded” her to bring her IC when going out makan during the fasting month! She related to me on her experience eating outside during Ramadhan as she was asked to present her IC to prove that she is not a Malay..hehe
Memasuki pertengahan minggu ke-7 di UPSI. Terlalu popular di kelas dan seluruh kursus kerana kelantangan bersuara dan satu-satunya orang Cina yang senang bergaul dengan orang bukan Cina are too much for me to handle although I enjoy the limelights..hehe..With seven subjects in this semester, I have more than 15 tasks yang terdiri daripada assignments (individual and group), presentations, events and emcee-ing. With I am the team leader for all of it, I have no rooms to slack or to take things easy especially on the events and emcee-ing because it involved the “life and death” of 16 other team members. Hopefully I can find the extra motivation to do better in all of the tasks and also in the academics because currently I just give 50% commitments to all of it.
Okay! On the first month in Tanjung Malim (July 2009), the weather was so hot and it hardly rains causing the unnecessary heat and made the haze worsen. This month, however, everything turns the other way round. Rains pour on almost every evening and it is cold at night. Hujan pun nak komen, cuaca panas pun nak komen. Celaka betul lar gua ini..hehe
This is my 8th week (including the orientation week) in Tanjung Malim. From there, gua telah balik ke Ipoh sebanyak 5 kali dimana tiga kali dengan memandu kereta dan selebihnya menerusi tren KTM. I enjoyed going back to my hometown. Kalau dulu kerja di GSC memang sukar nak balik kerana kerja 6 hari. With now I am studying in Tanjung Malim for only 5 days, I took the advantage to go home because I dunno where I will be posted after June 2010 and by that time jangan harap lar dapat balik ke Ipoh sentiasa. And to end this paragraph, for the next two weeks until the Merdeka week, I will go back Ipoh for at least one time (during the Merdeka week).
Let’s wrap up this entry on the reunion of me, Benedict and Wen Hui in Ipoh on last weekend. Since 2003, I’ve been seeing them not in the complete group but rather separately. For the first time after 6 years, the three of us met again. This two people are my best Chinese friends since our days as Andersonians. We were the famous school prefects where Benedict is the leader for all those good and naughty things, Wen Hui as the second-in-command and I as their follower. I’ve been telling them that the three of us must meet up together. Benedict asked me and Wen Hui to go out at 10pm for yumcha in Ipoh Old Town. It was great to see them back. The two of them were drinking beers all the way while Benedict was smoking. They have changed a lot compared to last time. A lot of people said I never change or perhaps only changed slightly all these years. I don’t smoke and I very seldom drink alcohols. Reminder from Siew Meyy buat gua lagi lar tak minum minuman keras apatah lagi merokok kerana Siew Meyy amat bencikan orang merokok. When Benedict and Wen Hui asked me to drink, I told them that I am having tummy-ache..hehe..We sembang on a lot of things especially on Benedict’s experience in London as a student there. A lot of unsolved issues among us and other Andersonians were discussed and unknown revelations were made. Some of the issues only one of us know while the other two does not know. All secrets were uncovered with Benedict self-proclaiming himself as the centre of collecting reliable information from reliable sources..hehe..Wen Hui booked a badminton court in Menglembu on this Friday and Benedict has confirmed that he will be playing too. They asked me too and I badly want to play badminton with them. But I have extra-curricular activities in UPSI on Friday. Benedict and Wen Hui, just like me, are waiting for Laughing Gor : Turning Point in cinemas. Both of them are TVB fans too and not to forget Young and Dangerous’ fans! I hope to meet them again and for as many times as possible because I really treasured this friendship!
